Key responsabilities
• Plan and deliver interactive and communicative lessons that encourage active participation, fostering a collaborative and inclusiving learning environment.
• Implement teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities ensuring each student’s progress and success in language acquisition.
• Develop and Execute creative initiatives to immerse students in English speaking experiences, such as sharing, debates, public speaking forums, drama, storytelling, and other interactive activities.
• Utilize various assesment tolos to measure student’s language proficiency, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to integrate language learning across disciplines and support a cohesive educational experience.
• Integrate cultural elements into the curriculum to enhance student’s understanding and appreciation of the English language and diverse global perspectives.
• Engage in ongoin professional development opportunities to stay abreast of innovative teaching methodologies and pedagogical trends in language instruction.
Expectactions
• Minimun of 3 years of experience teaching teaching English to Elementary students.
• Experience in planning and deliveing interactive and communicative lessons.
• Experience in utilizing assessment tolos t measure language proficiency and provide constructive feedback.
• Fluency in the English language, equivalent to B2 – C1 Level
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms to enhance teaching and learning experiences is an asset.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and student needs
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in supporting student’s language acquisition and overall educational development.
