Logistics Services Specialist - #7446603

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Supply Chain / Operation team as a Logistics Services Specialist. You’ll be responsible for guaranteeing the processes involved in the transformation of the product in G-Bolsa format until its final presentation, considering the monitoring of the import of the packaging materials ensuring costs.

Also, you will execute order management according to availability, commercial instructions and/or the client. And execute the billing process in the established modules, manage returns and generate the corresponding credit notes, all this in compliance with the established SOX 404 controls.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Production Plan Feasibility: makes sure the volume commitment matches current capacity, otherwise find solutions to deliver the Incremental volume, by activating spot productions abroad or incrementing throughout with additional resources. It’s important to align production sequence and validate materials availability, (raw, packing and wips), also coordinates logistics to make sure materials arrive to the operation´s location.
• Provides visibility of additional cost for requirements over current capacity: such as overtime, logistics to overflow sites or additional crews.
• Keeps track of root causes: address issues on people safety, food safety, quality and cost and takes countermeasures for quality issues mainly to prevent further cost or delays on productions. Works in continuous improvement plans.
• Execute order management: according to product availability, commercial instructions and/or client instructions, follow up of shipments and invoicing process opportunities.
• Execute the billing process in the established SAP modules, manage returns and generate the corresponding credit notes, all this in compliance with the established sox 404 controls.
• Contributes to build saving pipeline.
  
  

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer or related career
• Knowledge of logistics, administrative, and statistical processes
• Project management skills
• Advanced knowledge in SAP & excel.
