Information Technology - Information Services (Applications and BI), SaaS Solutions Architect - TELUS Digital El Salvador & Guatemala

Position overview:

As a SaaS Solutions Architect you understand and translate complex business requirements into comprehensive solution strategies, utilizing available products and technologies within the SaaS platform you support. You ensure the delivery of business value through the SaaS offering.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
• Translate business needs into solution blueprints and architectural overviews, determining what needs to be built and why
• Ensure business value realization and conduct ROI for proposed solutions
• Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communicate complex technical concepts in business terms
• Manage business and operational risks/ challenges associated with solutions implementation
• Establish solutions design standards, ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and promote best practices in SaaS architecture and implementation

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud technology landscapes
• Expertise in solutions design and enterprise architecture frameworks

• Develop proposals overseeing holistic design contemplating dependencies with different SaaS and non-SaaS systems related
• Strong analytical and complex problem solving skills
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS platform solution design and implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related careers
• Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or solutions design methodologies
