Lo que realizarás en RENAL CARE SERVICES
- Prestar atención integral al paciente con Insuficiencia Renal crónica ó Aguda en programas de Hemodiálisis, para asegurar así la calidad y cumplimiento del tratamiento.
- Participar en la inducción del paciente que ingresa a la clínica renal para iniciar programa de diálisis
- Ejecutar los programas de capacitación y entrenamiento dirigido a los pacientes y su familia del programa de hemodiálisis para mejorar la continuidad y permanencia en los programas de diálisis durante la terapia.
- Generar las acciones requeridas para que el paciente cumpla con las metas y prescripción de su Diálisis asegurando así un cumplimiento total de su tratamiento.
- Realizar los procedimientos de hemodiálisis propios de Enfermería de acuerdo con los protocolos y guías de manejos de Medicorp.
- Universitario: Enfermero
- Técnico Universitario en Hemodiálisis
- Experiencia mínimo 1 año en el rol renal.
- Con orientación al servicio al cliente
