Key account manager - Escuintla

A leading worldwide packaging production company with a national and international presence seeks a Key Account Executive.


OBJECTIVE: Maintain a direct relationship with the clients assigned to its portfolio, seeking consistent business growth, a high level of CRM, and effective communication.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, Business Administration, or Auditing.
- Advanced English
- Advanced Excel


- Extensive knowledge of sales techniques is essential
- Knowledge of the SAP Commercial System
- Knowledge of sales process procedures and records
- Vehicle is essential
- Travel both domestically and internationally


DUTIES:
- Direct relationship and communication with external clients and internal functional areas of the company.
- Coordination of the entire sales process (new clients, active clients, samples, print development, orders, deliveries, and collections)
- Development of new clients
- Pre and post-sales activities


- Record and track unit sales orders.
