As a Super Expert Rater (SER), you will be instrumental in enhancing rating expertise and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Your responsibilities include facilitating client test rounds, understanding templates and workflows, cascading quality expectations, and actively monitoring progress and deliverables. Your expertise will contribute to elevating the overall quality of our AI-powered advertising systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure AI-driven advertising systems adhere to template instructions, legal standards, and ethical guidelines, guaranteeing unbiased, safe, and transparent ad experiences while maintaining compliance with privacy and content regulations.
  • Analyze diverse datasets to identify significant patterns and trends, demonstrating proficiency in interpreting and utilizing KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Employ strategic questioning techniques to gather information, enhance understanding, and stimulate critical thinking for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Craft written materials such as emails, questions, and feedback specifically customized for client communication, ensuring clarity and relevance.
  • Facilitate information or concepts using relevant documentation and clear communication strategies to align with specific client objectives.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams in experiments aimed at enhancing the client’s data.
  • Work closely with clients and managers to conduct test rounds, gain insights into their requirements, and understand the quality benchmarks expected.
  • Conduct evaluations independently to sustain and enhance proficiency or skill in particular projects.
  • Conduct thorough tier 2 reviews to identify patterns and gain insights into areas of opportunity.


Qualifications:

Knowledge :

  • German B2 - Required (Oral and written comprehension)
  • English B2 - Required (Oral and written comprehension)
  • Google Workspace - Intermediate proficiency
  • Understanding of U.S. and project locale customs and societal norms
  • Expertise in AI technologies and their ethical implementation in advertising systems
  • Strong grasp of advertising regulations, platform policies, and privacy laws
  • Ability to evaluate and discern advertising content thoughtfully and understand its societal impact
  • Understanding of survey structures and data collection methodologies


Studies & Experience:

  • Marketing-related degrees - Required
  • At least 2 years of Quality Process experience - Required
  • Understanding and experience in data labeling, rating, annotation, and evaluation methodologies - Highly desired
  • An academic background in social sciences or quality roles is a plus
