Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding and Offboarding Analyst to join our team in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both onboarding and offboarding procedures, to ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees, while liaising with multiple stakeholders. This role involves day-to-day
responsibilities spearheading Onboarding and Offboarding across the organization, and supporting projects to implement improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers, Recruitment, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions, covering company policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time by the new hires.
Offboarding
• Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for departing employees, coordinating with managers, payroll, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the return of company property and the deactivation of system access through coordination with other teams.
• Conduct exit reasons analysis as part of the offboarding audit to identify the trends and patterns in reasons for employee attrition.Process Improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and address any issues promptly.
• Conduct audits for both onboarding and offboarding to identify and share key data points with high-level summaries and recommendations to executives.
• Work with the team in accomplishing projects to implement improvements across our processes.

Relevant Experience Required:
Previous experience in administrative work, particularly in HR/Labor Relations for at least 2 years.
Educational and Certification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Human Resource Management, or other correlating degrees.
