We are seeking a highly skilled Data Systems and Analysis Specialist to join our dynamic technology team. Responsibilities
- Create and manage data collection systems and processes on projects
- Perform ad hoc and scheduled data analysis and collate reports as assigned by the PMs or GPD
- Ensure that all program tools are maintained.
- Identify areas and implement improvements to the program tools
- Propose and elaborate on new functionalities to be added to specifically-designed program tools
- Create and test program tools' new and/or existing functionalities to ensure that those functionalities bring new efficiencies to processes
- Organize and facilitate new and existing initiatives designed to improve quality and efficiency
- Monitor all communication channels, internal and external, to ensure that all discussion topics and issues are dealt with in a timely fashion
- Reports directly to the Technology Team Leader
- Establishes organizational relationships with the Project Managers and Coordinators, Program Manager and Operations Manager on the account
- Must have: minimum 3 years of working experience with ReactJS, Javascript, HTML and CSS
- Work experience in software development, data analysis, data engineering or related technical field business is required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline is desirable
- Knowledge of object-oriented databases and Firebase products is a plus
- Working knowledge of Python. Other programming languages will be considered as a plus
- Ability to analyze new and changing scenarios and adapt the workflow to the new requirements
- High level of spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently, evaluating workloads and schedules with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Desirable qualities: Flexible, imaginative, positive thinking, multi-tasking, proactive and solution-oriented
