Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Provide prompt resolutions to customer inquiries, offering accurate and appropriate information.
• Maintain diplomacy when handling escalated issues.
Job Requirements:
Minimum:
• Advanced English level
• Complete documentation
• High school diploma (verifiable)
• Full-time availability
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Experience in sales/marketing is a plus (training in skills is provided)
• Ability to navigate multiple internet tabs at once (multitasking ability)
• Demonstrated familiarity (and aptitude for learning) with Microsoft Windows and browser applications
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
