Financial Controller / Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and **hands-on** finance professional who is eager to contribute to the establishment and growth of a new business operation. As a start-up environment, this role requires someone who is comfortable balancing strategic responsibilities with day-to-day operational tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee accounting and financial reporting activities.
* Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
* Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Develop and strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.
* Work directly in the ERP system, ensuring accurate financial records and transactions.
* Collaborate closely with local and international management teams.

**Requirements**

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar position.
**English proficiency: Minimum B2 level (required).**
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ERP experience is highly desirable.
A **hands-on mindset**, with the willingness to perform operational tasks in addition to financial analysis and leadership responsibilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
