Planning & Logistics Specialist

Location: Amatitlán, Guatemala

As a Planning & Logistics Specialist, you will coordinate the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring the smooth flow of imported goods from international suppliers to our warehouse and final customers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate international shipments, including sea freight imports.
Manage customs clearance processes with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
Coordinate inbound transportation and warehouse deliveries.
Monitor inventory movements and stock allocation.
Track logistics documentation, shipping costs, invoices, and transport records.
Coordinate with shipping lines, transport providers, and logistics partners.
Maintain accurate logistics reports and support operational planning.
Work closely with warehouse, production, sales, and international teams to ensure efficient product flow.

Requirements

Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in logistics, import/export, supply chain, or warehouse coordination.
Experience with **international shipping, sea freight, customs clearance, and import processes**.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory flow.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze logistics data.
Experience working with logistics platforms and ERP systems.
English proficiency: Minimum B2 level** to communicate with international teams and Headquarters.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work **on-site in Amatitlán, Guatemala**.
