Position Summary: Provide operational and administrative support throughout the export process, ensuring the efficient management and follow-up of documentation and shipments while coordinating with suppliers, customers, shipping lines, and international agents to ensure compliance with established timelines.

Requirements
- University studies in International Trade or International Relations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions, preparing export documentation and providing customer service to international clients and suppliers.
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, international logistics, export documentation, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday, at our offices in Zone 12.
