About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Energy Sales Solutions Specialist to join our customer experience (CX) team. This role is based within a fast-paced environment, providing front-line sales support to clients in the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending suitable energy solutions, and driving sales performance while ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for consultative selling, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance on energy solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Proactively monitor customer engagement, identifying retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product development initiatives.
- Handle complex requests and assist other queues when priority queues are empty.
- Maintain consistent communication with peers to ensure proper escalation handling.
- Experience: 6+ months of experience in sales (Required).
- Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
