We are currently hiring for our upcoming training class starting on October 19th!

Compensation and Financial Package:
Total Earning Potential: Up to Q7,310.00 per month
Base Salary: Q5,500.00
Variable Bonus: Up to Q1,810.00
Schedules and Working Hours:
Training and Nesting: 15 days of training plus 15 days of nesting, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, with weekends off.
Production Schedule: Day and mid-day shifts available, such as 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, or 12:00 to 20:00.
Day Off: Fixed Sundays off during production.
Requirements:
English Level: C1 minimum, featuring advanced spoken and written fluency.
Workplace: On-site at Pacific 2 Aguilar Batres zona 11, Guatemala City.
Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Immediate availability to start full-time training.
