Job Title: Jr. Recruiter, Onsite Guatemala City

The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in cross border money transfer and payment services to find a Junior Recruiter to support full cycle recruitment across a variety of functions in Guatemala City. In this role, you will support sourcing, screening, and coordination, working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving.

What You Will Actually Do

•Support full cycle recruitment for roles across multiple business areas, from sourcing through offer

•Source and screen candidates, presenting qualified profiles to senior recruiters and hiring managers

•Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams

•Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the ATS

•Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process

•Support senior recruiters with sourcing strategy, job postings, and pipeline development

What You Bring

•2 to 3 years of recruitment or recruitment coordination experience

•Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and job boards

•Intermediate to advanced English, both written and spoken

•Strong organizational and communication skills

•Availability to work onsite in Guatemala City
