Oracle EBS Functional Analyst- Supply Chain & Manufacturing

Role purpose

Support Oracle E-Business Suite processes through functional configuration, requirements analysis, production support, and testing. Work as an extension of client’s internal EBS team across Finance, Supply Chain, andManufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document requirements with users and client’s EBS SMEs.
• Perform functional setup and configuration within assigned Oracle EBS modules.
• Triage tickets, reproduce issues, investigate root causes with SMEs, and analyze cross-module dependencies.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
• Execute functional testing and support UAT, including defect tracking and retesting.
• Document configuration changes, resolutions, and support procedures.
• Coordinate with technical teams and data analysts; communicate progress, dependencies, and unresolved issues to client’s EBS SMEs.

Required qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience with release 12.1 or 12.2; direct setup and configuration experience in least one of the three functional areas.
• Production support experience, including issue reproduction, investigation, and resolution.
• Experience writing functional specifications and test scripts and supporting UAT.
• Understanding of relevant Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report flows.
• Ability to deliver assigned functional work independently under general direction.
• Professional written and spoken English; availability overlapping US Central and Pacific time.
• Experience: Typically 3–5 years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 functional work

Preferred qualifications

Manufacturing or industrial experience; basic SQL for querying EBS tables; Oracle EBS certification; and exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP.
